It's embarrassing that such mean-spirited service is offered to tourists. Not good value at £90 per night. Room 5 was comfortable enough but the overly worn towels and furnishings were at odds with the website description.
Large but almost unfurnished room, an extra-bed with a hard wooden-rib on middle, smell of old cigarettes, and to steal a previous reviewer of staff “...not the friendliest of people”, except the kind but stressed woman serving breakfast (basic stuff but ok).
