We came here to stay for 2 nights for a short getaway to relax. Jane and Joe were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, with a stunning view of the Loch from our window. The shower faces into the room and has a glass door - though this was explained to us before we booked and not an issue as we had booked as a couple. Breakfast in the morning was brilliant, a continental spread was laid out as well as a choice from a Cooked Breakfast, Salmon and Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes and Bacon or a Vegetarian Breakfast. The Salmon was incredible! The Covid measures put in were reassuring, Sanitiser placed around the communal rooms and guidance signage in the bedroom. We noticed the standard of cleanliness after each guest left their table at breakfast was very high - everything, including the chairs, were sanitised and cleaned down thoroughly. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and amazing value for money at only £95 per night when we booked. Would definitely recommend Hillview and look forward to coming back in future!

We had a perfect one night stay in August. The house was immaculate as was the room. Very comfortable bed and a great breakfast in the morning with a stunning view over the water. The hosts were lovely and we will definitely be recommending this B&B to friends.

Beautiful environment facing a lake and hills. Very nice people running it. Clean and cosy room and spotless bath room. Breakfast beats most B&Bs. Close to city center and outdoor facilities. Reasonably priced, value for money!
