Although the room was very small, it was nicely appointed. They may have even tried to fit a wee bit too much into the little space. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows, sheets, towels were all great. The best part of this Inn?....Brown's Restaurant! Absolutely wonderful dinner & breakfast also. Very good staff as well.

Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Staff all very friendly and helpful too with the kids menu for a fussy child! Great food and breakfasts. The family room we stayed in and it's bathroom were both lovely and clean. No complaints at all!! Will be back.

Stayed recently on a visit to Fort William. Hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. We ate in the restaurant where the food was delicious. Very clean and comfortable and an easy walk into Fort William makes this an ideal hotel. Would recommend the Nevis Bank and will definitely stay there again.

wow what a fab reception , the staff are superb , friendly and nothing is a problem, one of the best places we stayed while walking 15 days across Scotland. The food is also excellent and the rooms very good. All ready planning a return trip. It puts the rest of fort William to shame.

We looked everywhere online for the best hotel in the highlands and the NBI had by far the best reviews. We found a 'good deal' for the suite at £155 per night. Our immediate impression of the room was pretty poor... It was very badly decorated and with absolutely no personality! The sitting room was bear as could be and...

We hadn't made a booking for Fort William so we were looking round on spec. We passed the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure complex and for some reason confused it with the Nevis Bank, we asked to see a room. Dreadful!!!! avoid at all costs, I then telephoned the Nevis Bank the lady on the phone was very helpful, they...

We stayed at the Nevis Bank Inn for three nights during a recent trip to Scotland. Although slightly more pricey than the other Fort William hotels it was definitely worth it! The rooms were a great size, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Not to mention the breakfast was out of this world!! Exactly what we needed before...

We booked online for 1 night and only wished we were staying a bit longer. Apart from a smallish room ( which didn't bother us as we only ever sleep in it !! ) this hotel deserved it's 4* !! We had a lovely meal and cocktail's in Brown's , which was very busy with local's, but the service was...

After reading the negative reviews about this hotel, I was hoping I wouldn't be joining them, but I'm afraid it was inevitable. We booked a suite for three nights, and it was lovely. Two spacious, modern, clean rooms with everything we needed. However, the breakfast experience went from bad to worse. I thought the large open bowls of cereal, yoghurt...

The Nevis Bank inn has clearly been refurbished to avery high standard. We booked online as part of a tour of Scotland and spent two nights there. Check in was smooth and the room was clean, bright and quiet, if a little small. The bed was very comfortable and the room pleasantly warm. The en-suite had a bath shower and...
