Had a 4 night stay here with National Holidays. The check in was very quick & well organised. One of our party of 3 was allocated a room on a different floor (our fault as her booking was done separately & we should have linked them). Even though there was no availability beside us they did move her to a...

The hotel surpassed all our expectations. The lounge, dining room, bar/entertainment areas, as well as the reception area, were of a very high standard of décor and presentation. Our bedroom – 202 – was clean, comfortable, well appointed (OK, so the TV reception wasn’t great) and, given its location near to the lift and stairs, surprisingly quiet. Buffet breakfast and...

Travelled with family on what should have been a nice comfortable break and really don't know where to start. Having been picked up at 7.45am on Monday morning from Leeds and making two stops en-route to Normanton to join our coach we found ourselves dropped off at this central point which was heaving with people and heavily congested inside -...

Great location, fantastic scenery, when you have a front bedroom you will get fantastic views of the loch, if you get an even number bedroom you will get the loch view. Staff were fantastic could not do enough for you, food was good with the choices that were offered to you, wifi is very limited, but we managed ok with...

Was impressed with this hotel, clean, fresh and modern. Our room was small for 3 of us and looked on to rear car parking, but didn't mind as we only slept in room. Had all facilities tea, coffee, TV, hairdryer bath over shower and very clean. Lovely lounge with views over Loch linnhe, nice size bar. Not a big hotel...

In a first floor bedroom (revamped?) this visit was a gem from start to finish. The staff are exceptional, with a friendly smile across the board. The room I was in was quiet and lovely. Water was always hot and available. The evening entertainment on the Monday (Ronnie the comedian) and Thursday (country singer Paula MacAskill) were fantastic. Acts are...

Stayed here in 2013 With shearings tours..... The hotel itself is in a beautiful location close to Fort William but the town is run down but don't let that put you off if it's your first time to the Highlands as it is breathtaking.....
