Just stayed one night on an It Is On deal and surprised how busy it was. Didn't have a chance to try the leisure club, but it looked good. Our room (310) was basic, somewhat dated and in need of a freshen up. However, it was clean, comfortable and adequate. Sound proofing is poor - the army in the room...

Just back from a few days in the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure Club. We went here with a Groupon deal and for what we payed we got a really good deal. We were so lucky with the few days we chose as we got absolutely gorgeous weather, and that really added to our stay. The hotel was a bit...

A lot of times these kind of properties are run down, tired looking and bad quality food but this was quite the opposite! Clean spa area, nice spacious rooms and delicious food! Very good vegetarian options which was crucial for us and a superb wine selection at very good value. The stars of the show were the young international team...

We only stayed one night but wished we'd had longer. We had a lovely, warm, double room in the annex overlooking the mountain (beyond the road and garage!)- big bed and big clean bathroom with plenty hot water and good towels and toiletries, decent size tv for a change and plenty storage space (although we just lived out of a...

Stayed for 2 nights in February. Hotel as a whole is very tired looking with a need of modernisation. Room was very small and smelled bit of damp. Shower was very poor and struggled to reach a reasonable temperature. Reception staff both at check-in and check-out made no effort to make us feel welcome, with no interest in whether or...

I stayed here recently and the beds are really uncomfortable but the staff are really nice and were happy to move us to another room. The next bed was better than the first but if you have back problems then I would recommend that you stay somewhere else. The swimming pool staff were quite rude and not very child friendly

Walls like a newspaper. You could hear your neighbours loud and clear. Rooms very small and in bad condition. It looked reasonable at the pictures but in real it was horrible. Unfriendly staff behind the reception. Actually the worst hotel I stayed in.

The Fort William & District Branch, Royal British Legion Scotland wish to thank Maggie and all of the staff of the hotel for making our evening such a huge success. From the very outset Maggie assisted with our planning and was able to accommodate all of our needs and short notice revisions. Everyone in our party said that they had...

Good value Hotel and leisure club Their breakfast (buffet) includes bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, potato scone, hash brownies, black pudding, haggis, fried egg, scrambled egg - and fruit, croissants, toast, cereal etc etc.. Dinner fine. Prices good - if booking via the package deals (eg 3 nights D B&B). Slightly tired feel: Popular with coach tours
