We stayed here for the evening after our wedding. We booked two lodges for two different families - one of which included our dog! Everything was so very well organised to minimise contact and keep both ourselves and their staff safe during the current pandemic. Inside, the lodges were well kitted out for all of your self-catering needs including speakers and kitchen supplies. The lodges were beautiful inside with a spacious bathroom and cosy bedrooms. They had a beautiful view of the mountains and a covered outdoor area with lighting, a table and chairs. We wish we could have stayed here longer and will most certainly book again when things return to normal. The lodges were the perfect place to come back to and relax after our outdoor wedding in nearby Glencoe. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay (tues-sat) in Iona. The Lodge is a fantastic size with everything you need and more, everything has been really well thought out (particularly with covid restrictions and regulations). Obviously in November you would expect to feel a chill, however, the cabins are really cosy and does not take long to heat the full place up with one heater. Excellent base to explore the local trails and walks with our Labrador. We plan to return hopefully next year.

Lodges were nice inside, wouldnt say luxurious. Comfy beds and nice living room/dining area.2 showers which were good. Wifi didn't work very well. Quite noisy even inside the lodge from lodges/other guests staying roundabout. Probably wouldn't stay again as not great value for money.

I took 4 of my colleagues to my home country Scotland for a bit of site seeing and a walk up Ben Nevis, I chose Birchbrae because of our Budget and Location, We were so pleasantly surprised by the space and the beauty of these lodges, the hosts are very friendly and the lodge was impeccably clean. They provide a lot of additional extra touches which make the stay perfect. The beds are super comfy and the linen is lovely. All in all Brilliant.

We have just returned from 4 nights at Birchbrae. The lodges are spacious, well equipped and spotless. Jim the owner is really helpful and ready to recommend walks, beaches and eateries. We tried the Laroch. Chef is from London and had a mitchellin star. His pub grub was more gastro pub - delicious and fresh. Birchbrae was wonderful for our dogs with lots of walks from the lodge. Worth making trip to Camus darroch beach - stunning white sands and empty. We would return and highly recommend. Thanks to our hosts for a very special trip.
