Absolutely remarkable little gem in Nairn. Only stayed for 1 night but definitely hope to return. Hosts were very welcome and accomodating. Lovely to talk to. Bed was super comfy, the room cosy and spotless. Very short walking distance to beach front and same to the town centre. I wish I could of stayed longer.

Terry and Marion are great host. We had the top floor room with good view of the sea. Really useful to have a big fridge in the room to keep drinks and food for day trips in, nice touch. Room and all amenities were spotlessly clean and tidy with fresh decor. Breakfast was plentiful and nice gesture to introduce other guests to you at breakfast. A wonderful place to stay just a stones throw from the beach and good restaurants nearby. Great value for money. We wont be staying anywhere else on a return to Nairn.

Just back from 2 days at Hay Lodge. Marion and Terry made us feel really welcome and the accommodation was superb as was breakfast! So glad we booked there rather than a soulless large hotel. Great location and could see the sea from our room! Would thoroughly recommend Hay Lodge to anyone thinking of staying in the Nairn area.

We stayed for five days at Hay Lodge and loved every minute of it. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every day and new towels provided. Marion and Terry were such superb hosts, made us feel very welcome (and entertained - Terry!). The breakfast was amazing, nothing seemed to much trouble. We were up to see our daughter and look around some properties and Hay Lodge was the ideal base for us. We would definitely stay again, and if just passing through we will pop by and say hello. Once again, thank you both for a wonderful stay.

This family run B&B is only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We had the top floor en-suite and the views were super. Hosts were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Certainly hope to revisit.
