Wouldn't dream of eating anywhere else on Valentines weekend! Never disappoints and we're always pleasantly surprised with the Chef's creations. You have to splash out and do the 6 course fixed menu. Definitely well worth it. Beautiful hotel, relaxing and with excellent staff. The Michelin star is well deserved.

Superb afternoon tea in glorious surroundings with impeccable service. With a gluten free option that was as tasty as normal. Not the cheapest place for afternoon tea, but still worth the money. Definitely need to return and test out the evening dining.

We received an itison Voucher for Boath House as a xmas present . We spent the Friday night in hotel , checking in about 4pm and received a very warm welcome and ushered into the lounge with a roaring fire while our luggage was sent to room offered coffee and left to relax. (Later to find that the coffee was...

I gave my rating for this hotel a lot of thought. It seems a little unfair to say it was "average", since it is a unique building with lots of architectural interest and character, but when value for money is factored in, I do not feel that it qualifies for a "very good". When we arrived, we were left sitting...

My wife and I had our first visit to Boath house last night. Having heard many positive comments we were very much looking forward to our stay. Starting with the positives. The building itself is very nice and our room was huge with an equally big bathroom with 2 large standalone baths which were very nice. The room was warm...

I have stayed here on a few occasions and been to the restaurant for lunch and dinner and it has been outstanding on every occasion. Yes, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for, absolutely. In fact, the food is excellent value for money - more so than a lot of cheaper places in Moray. The staff have...

Any hotel which provides a 'welcoming' letter in its bedrooms which basically threatens you if you dare to smuggle in your own food or restaurant, has a lot to learn about customer service. If you are interested, you must declare if you open your own bottle in your room and will then be charged a £15 corkage! I'm not sure...

We had a lovely 2 nights here midweek. The room (1) was large with excellent amount of cupboard & wardrobe space. It was nicely decorated but in keeping with the house. The bathroom was large too with yummy Molton Brown products to use during your stay. Complimentary tea & coffee & homemade (delicious!) biscuits. The house itself was stunning with...

Great place to stay while touring Speyside and distilleries. The food was excellent, and the grounds gorgeous. Service was also very good. With an old house that has been renovated as a hotel, some of the rooms are quirky, but still very nice. Rooms at the back with views of the pond were beautiful.
