Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had my motorcycle parked in the locked garage which is adjacent to a small courtyard that could easily store a further three or four motorcycles albeit not under cover, but safe. Ample off road parking for several cars too. Excellent location if you're on the way to do the NC500 or visit the Highlands. Turn right out of the property, on foot, 10 mins there is an Asda and a 24 hour McDonald's. Turn left out of the property, 2 mins, you have a 24 hour BP garage with a Londis mini Market on site. Behind here a KFC. Carry on another 8 mins you're in the town with pubs etc including a Wetherspoons. The King James is good for sports fans. The room was clean and tidy with tea making stuff, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the breakfast was excellent. Cracking little B & B.

Friendly host and comfy bed. Continental breakfast only. Free wifi. Within walking distance of city centre. On sight parking. Shower could be better, went from scalding to freezing to scalding... but I got a good nights sleep which is all that was required!

Great house!Nice decorated bedroom, clean bathroom and a beautiful dinning room. We booked our room only few minutes before arrival but he gentleman there was so kind and patient to us. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the Black watch castle, the view is great.

Victor greeted us warmly when we arrived and showed us to our room, which included a full ensuite. The property is easily access off of Dunkeld Rd and the parking area is quite large. Breakfast was tasty and we had several good chats with Victor. This B and B is great value.

The landlord, Victor, was very friendly and looked after us well, especially by being very flexible with our breakfast times. We were up for The Ryder Cup and I give him credit for not inflating his prices in the same way other lodges for travellers were shamelessly doing. He just charged us his standard rate (which is very good value) - a sign of a decent man. The premises were clean and the room was spacious and comfortable, and I would certainly stay again. Many thanks.

Me and two friends stayed at this B&B for one night during our road trip around Scotland. No booking in advance was needed as we stayed in the middle of the week. The landlord is really really friendly and taking good care of us with a nice continental breakfast served in a typical scottish dinning room. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Good value for a nice B&B close to the centre. Parking the car was no problem either. Can only recommend it.

We stayed one night (two adults and two children 17 and 18). The landlord is very kind, taking care of us. The room was nice, clean, very scotish decorated, and the dining room too. The scotish breakfast is very good. Even it's on the main road, it's not noisy. It's close to the center by walking. And the house is beautiful with parking. If we come back to Perth, we hope to sleep again there.
