A very homely and welcoming guest house. Rooms were comfortable and practical , and quiet. Breakfast had good choice , cooked food hot , perfect poached eggs. Susan and her staff could not be faulted . Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay , price more than reasonable. Well done.

Had a lovely two night stay in the woodlea. The hotel is very clean and susan the owner could not be more helpful. Breakfast had an amazing choice including homemade jams and stewed fruits out of the garden. Would not consider staying any where else in Perth.

Stayed one night for a concert in Perth. Upon arrival I was advised that I'd been upgraded to a double room at no extra cost which was much appreciated. The owner couldn't have been more charming or helpful. Breakfast was very nice with vegetarian options and even stewed fruit from the garden - lovely! Would happily stay there again. Thank...

My family and I spent a night at this B&B, the owner was lovely and very helpful and she made the stay. Only issue was when trying to bath my 2 year old around 530 not enough hot water for a bath. Everything else was as expected for a B&B.

Unfortunately you didn't let me know at the time or I would have been happy to assist. Thank you for taking the time to review the...

Attending conference in Perth. Good value accommodation, spotless and comfortable. Easy walk to conference venue and then the restaurants/bars. Topped off with an excellent breakfast. Will stay again.

Stayed for one night, room small but perfectly functional and so clean. Faultless. Very close to the city centre. We have been to Perth many times but I really would recommend Woodley as you don't need to know the city to find your way around.
