Susan made us very welcome on our arrival. Parking is limited onsite but there is adequate on street or in car parks nearby. Our family room was lovely and although facing the road was not noisy overnight. Breakfast was excellent. Location is ideal for walking in the town or by the river. Would highly recommend Woodlea.

Four of us used this B & B as a base for a motorcycle tour around Scotland. We stayed three nights and cannot fault the place. The owner Susan could not have been more helpful or friendly. The place is immaculate and the breakfast a good start to the day. The romms we had (twins) had cupboards with loads of...

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were promptly shown to our room (family room). The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and ensuite. Very comfortable and quiet. We were able to take advantage of one of the 4 parking spaces outside. The owner was so very helpful and kind, and offered us every assistance. The Woodlea is just a...

My husband and I stayed at the Woodlea during the Ryder Cup in September. Susan was friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Being able to walk to the train station in eight minutes was a plus.

This establishment is well situated for Perth Town Centre. We were running late but the owner could not have been more understanding or helpful. The rooms were comfortable, tidy and adequate. Good servings at breakfast. Ideal for a short stay in Perthshire.

The people who work here in this small, privately owned hotel are just that -- people. But they are people who care about their customers and take pride in doing so. The Woodlea is ideally located for a break in Perth, being centrally located, near the railway station and just a few minutes walk into the centre. Breakfast was very...
