Excellent all round for the price. Very comfortable and warm, kitchen very functionable as long as you dont intend to cook extravigant meals! Only drawback was that there was nowhere locally to eat. Had a takeaway from the Inchure Hotel which was very good, only to find out later than they would accept dogs

*The owners all were lovely, friendly and approachable - 5/5 *Location was perfect for us - 5/5 *Very little traffic noise from nearby very busy A90 - 4/5 *Beware! No breakfast provided but a quick tour into Errol and the local supermarket was sufficient for the first morning's needs. The Courtyard is advertised as B&B and website shows a continental breakfast - 0/5 *Beds - okay but a little noisy and restless sleep meant lots of creaks and 'pings' when turning in the night - 3/5 *Owner's doggies - lovely, friendly little things. 5/5 *Comfort: Settee/sofa was too hard for us and not at all comfortable to sit on; towels were fine but would have liked bathsheets rather than mere 'regular' size. They were quite hard and scratchy but I prefer that to too fluffy. 3/5 *Safety - no non-slip bath math and no 'grab bar' over the bath to help climb into the bath (there was one on wall by the door but it needs another on the far wall) 0/5 *Finally cleanliness - I'm very sad to give only a 3/5. LOTS of cobwebs containing the spiders' dinner remains, and dust on some surfaces. The loo had a mark that looked suspiciously like a small poo skiddy on the bowl and the seat had a hair on it. Kitchen utensils and bath ok but cleaner has no eye for detail in the nooks and crannies. *Would we go again? YES - but would take a bottle of bleach, breakfast items, non-slip bath mat and own bath sheets. …

Stayed for 4 nights in room no.4 which was very nice and clean with good facilities. They provide a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster which enabled us to make breakfast and snacks. The shower was brilliant and bed comfortable. It's a good base to stay when visiting the Perthshire area and above.

We booked 3 rooms for 1 night for a wedding at Fingask Castle. The hostess was lovely and chatty and organised with us to serve the wonderful breakfast outside in the courtyard. All 3 rooms were very comfortable with a lovely powerful shower and all rooms had a fridge and hob and tea coffee facilities. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

fantastic room (no 4) and all the facilities you need, including fridge and cutlery for an overnight stay or longer, especially useful if you are visiting the local winery which is within easy walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back to explore more of the surrounding countryside

Stayed on business due to excellent location just off dual carriageway between Dundee & Perth. Beautiful courtyard with rooms on one side which are set up in a self catering style although I was offered breakfast in the main house which was excellent. Quiet area where you will need a car to travel for dinner. Beds comfy and hosts friendly and welcoming. Will return

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting the Cairn o'Mohr winery which is a 10 minute walk down the road - ideal! The apartment was clean and fairly spacious. The livingroom area offered a dining table with chairs, a two to three seater couch, another comfy chair, a small kitchenette area complete with microwave and hob and a television. The bedroom was spacious and there was lots of pillows on offer, so if like me, you need three pillows for a comfy sleep, you'll be happy! The bathroom also offered a great pressured shower over a bath with lovely toiletries. All in all, this brief visit was a very happy one and I would definitely stay again at the Courtyard. It was clean, comfortable and the owners were lovely. It was also great value for money!

Really lovely units in the Perth countryside half way between Perth and Dundee. Well appointed, well kept, clean and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful host. Relaxing property and a good touring base. I was only there overnight, working trip and booked last minute.

We stayed for 2 nights prior to a classic car show. We were in number 4 again which was lovely. We took food up as we don't have a large breakfast, cereal and toast does us, so the toaster was pressed into use. The car show was very good, got back tired. A shower - wonderful shower, powerful and hot - refreshed me before we had something to eat. I didn't want to come out of the shower it was so nice. I slept very well which was a bonus.
