This was recommended as a good place to eat by the receptionist at The Sky Lodge Perth Airport. We didn't pick a good night to visit as they were closing early but we arrived just in time before the kitchen closed. The bar is small & they have two dining areas (one laid out more as a function room). We...

This pub was very warm, cosy and friendly, with really good food available on a quiet night of the week when a lot of other pubs did not have food available. The owner was great and very easy to get along with.

We only stayed here for the 1 night. But it was an enjoyable one. The couple who own it are lovely! Breakfast was included in the stay and it was cooked freshly for us, along with the choice of cereal, tea, coffee & fresh juice. We also had dinner which was typical pub grub but lovely and reasonably priced.

I have said it once and I will say it again. If you want to eat good food in Perthshire, stay out of Perth city itself. This is another little gem only five to ten mins outside Perth. Trust me it's worth the petrol. Excellent grub and nice wee village pub.

We had a twin room, very clean, spacious ensuite, good shower, plenty hot water. TV reception was very good, Breakfast and dinner was great and plentiful. Very big car park at rear of the inn. And most of all our hosts were very welcoming. All in all, a great stopover and only approx 10 minutes drive into Perth, or a half hourly...

Stayed here for a night with a friend. Super friendly staff, and although small, the twin room was spotless, as was the en-suite shower room. Plenty of towels and pillows, the only slight - very very slight - issue was that there were double sized duvets on single beds which made them a bit heavy and moving about in bed...

Booked dinner was very nice nothing to say apart from well worth going for food alone. Nothing to fault and will be...

We have returned here for 3 years now. We make it our stop on our driving holiday. It always feels like coming home. This time there was a huge coach group for dinner, but they worked beautifully to accommodate us, without us feeling crowded. Wonderful, warm hotel. Thank you again for the fun!

A great menu to cover most tastes . Recommend the haggis as a starter or as part of the "highland" steak. The house wines are excellent and reasonable. Open fires great winter visitors but the hosts give a warmer welcome all year round. Great friendly service.
