We have just had a two night stay at Sunbank House whilst we had a first time trip to Perth to do some shopping. It was easy to find and parking was provided. We were warmly greeted on arrival and the host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a good size, with excellent ensuite bath and shower , comfy bed and all the facilities that a visitor might need. Breakfast was delicious and set us up well for the day. We followed the hosts recommendations for dinner. It was just a ten minute walk into town and we ate at Koko Shi the first night and Kisa's the second, both of which were excellent. We shall certainly stay here again if we are visiting Perth.

Excellent short stay. Helpful reception. Clean room and comfortable bed. It’s a lovely big well maintained old house. Convenient for the city and a short walk to the theatre. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff were great, the rooms were big, clean, and had lovely comfortable beds. Brilliant breakfast with a lot of choice. The location is great, nice and quiet, but only a short walk over the beautiful river to the center of Perth.

We stayed here for four nights,and I would have to say it was excellent .This is a small family run hotel within walking distance of the centre of Perth. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable .The en suite is modern and well finished.The breakfast was really good ,there being a good choice of cooked food which kept us going all day. Being a small hotel it is quiet and has a family atmosphere about it. On site parking is easily accessed at the rear of the building.

We recently stayed at Sunbank House Hotel and we we were pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of this establishment. It was very convenient to buses and trains, as we had to use both. The bus picks you up right outside their door. Breakfast was especially good with a great variety to choose from. We had booked a room approximately a week before our stay. We unexpectedly had to book a room for another night at the last moment. Because of the late booking we had to stay in a different room on each of our nights, but they took our luggage to the new room the next day while we were enjoying yet another day in Scotland. It’s the small things, but I especially liked the black facecloths which were to be used for removing makeup. And the fact that they had facecloths at all was a huge bonus for me. So few hotels use facecloths in Europe. We will certainly stay at Sunbank House Hotel again if we have the opportunity to go back to Perth. …

A lovely and helpful welcome. Beautiful Victorian building with a gorgeous garden and view to Perth. Great room with a shared bathroom. Ideal at a good price if you’re willing to share a bathroom. Everything well appointed and spotless. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Last leg of our holiday in Scotland. Well located hotel with a short walk into Perth. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. One of the best hotel breakfasts ever, which is always a good start to the day. Rooms are good and comfortable. Highly recommended.
