Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel was recommended by my sister. her family had a wonderful stay and so did we. We opted for Breakfast - they handed us the allergy guide since we had a peanut and milk allergy and we were able to choose breakfast to suit our dietary needs. the hotel was easy to find, and there was lots of amenities round about it - just outside the front entrance was M&S and Boots. The parking is very limited though, despite what time you get there at you can't get a space which leaves you with the expensive parking next door or at M&S. Bedrooms are immaculate and comes with air con. Hand gel was available at all the areas you would be touching (doors, vending machine, lift buttons). All in all I was very impressed with the entire stay.

This Premier Inn is situated in a former rye works and is a beautiful building which has been sympathetically remodelled. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very good bath and shower. I like that you can choose not to have towels changed and help yourself to additional tea coffee.

Love Premier Inn Perth, great location, lovely staff. Social distancing and hand sanitizers in place, staff wearing masks. Room was spotless if you needed anything like tea, coffee, milk, fresh towels you got these at reception. Would highly recommend staff doing a brilliant job in these strange times

A Premier Inn in an excellent city centre location next door to the Concert Hall and within easy reach of the High Street and river. The hotel is set in an attractive characterful refurbished industrial building. The interior is standard Premier Inn.

On arrival neither of the check in machines were working and there was no sign of any staff. Telephones were ringing unanswered and the service bell did not raise a response. Eventually as I started ringing Premier Inn for advice the seemingly only staff member arrived. A queue was forming by this time. After this check in went well but was hardly welcoming.

The first floor corridor was smelly, but the room was up to Premier Inn’s usual consistently high standard.

COVID preparations were very much in evidence with available sanitiser, directions and screens.

The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. This was a little odd due to table screens and items delivered to the table by tray, except DIY toast and hot drinks. Breakfast service was excellent, food indifferent.

It's a city centre location situated where you don't need a car to get around unless you are going further afield. The first member of staff I had any interaction with was Elena who's customer services skills are second to none, next night Rebecca was on shift and again a top class service. Impossible to remember and name all the staff but they are a class team dedicated to making your stay as great as possible, we will return without doubt, loved our stay. Thank you.

Great no frills accommodation. We were away as a family group. If 16. We had to phone to book due to the size of grip this was efficient enough altho I would advice you right down exactly what you want to book before calling. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some people might feel the rooms are too tight for 4 but at the cost paid I don't think much more could be expected.

We've just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our visit.
We had upgraded our room and were more than satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Having our own fridge was a bonus but we were surprised to have an over bath shower as others that we've stayed in recently had walk-in showers. Having said that, it was very efficient and powerful.
There were a couple of minor maintenance issues with the room which would be easily remedied (a loose toilet seat and a very slow filling cistern) had we taken the time to seek out a member of staff to report them but as we used the express check-out, we had no contact with them.
The hotel is in a great location, right in the town centre so once we had parked up, we never moved the car again until time to leave.
One word of warning, both my car Satnav and Google maps took us around in circle without getting near to where we knew the hotel to be but we did find it eventually.
Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Perth.

Great location, exit front door (not car park side) through a lane and you’re in the city centre main row of shops. Breakfast good, had both continental and cooked at our table and all fine. Car park is ok, was explained on website so no complaints. I didn’t get a space 1st night so used the multi storey on same street. Moved to car park next morning when spaces were freeing up. Decided to go for a drive that evening knowing I could lose my space. Managed to get the space again so that was good. It’s chargeable by blocks of time until 24 hours is £5. Anything above 24 hours is £10. You scan a QR code in reception to pay, all very simple.

Stayed here for a week, accompanying my partner who was working close by. Staff are just lovely, which is what I have found with every premier inn I've ever stayed in..professional, friendly, welcoming, always on hand to help if there is an issue. Not that we had any issues. Location is perfect for shopping/leisure. And although in the centre we were amazed at how quiet and peaceful our stay was. Rooms are lovely, and big! Mattresses are heaven, showers are great. Air con is fab. Work colleagues had booked into more expensive hotels in the area, spending double the money, and not being half as comfortable as we were. I was sad to leave, and would return in a shot
