I recently spent a very enjoyable mini break in Pitlochry. It was my first visit to Roseburn but certainly wont be my last. Having travelled extensively during my life have knowledge of many B & B's but this is the very very best ever !! Can highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at the Roseburn for Valentines Night, Alyson greeted us and showed us to our room which was much larger than expected and decorated superbly, the bed was massive and very comfortable. Cannot recommend the B&B enough friendly owners and great rooms, everything is finished perfectly even down to the Highland Soap company soap and shower gels that smell amazing....

Decided to stay at Roseburn because of the excellent feedback on Tripadvisor. We stayed in the Yew Room, sadly only for one night but would have extended if we had time. I can only add to the other comments on here. Every detail is taken care of and the standard of accommodation and hospitality really is outstanding! There is even...

Every good thing that everybody else has said about this place is true. We stayed in a large, comfortable and very attractive room with a lovely en-suite bathroom - we enjoyed our bath at the end of a cool bike ride. The people were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast amazing. We had been tempted by the Fonab Castle...

Really enjoyed our two-night stay. We had a wonderful room with an impressive en suite, the breakfasts were excellent and Alyson and Russell were very friendly hosts. Roseburn is also very handy for the town centre and local attractions.

Stayed again at Roseburn for 3 nights over the Easter break, with glorious weather. The B&B is excellent - delicious breakfasts & packed lunches with home baking, and a comfortable room, with the use of a private bathroom. The location is very convenient, and only minutes walk to lovely restaurants. Alyson and Russell are so welcoming and gave us helpful...
