have stayed here 3 times now usually with our daughter aged 8 who loves the pool area, this time we traveled with a group of 5 couples, had a great time away, staff are great, spa and pool facilities are fantastic and the food was amazing, no complaints about any of our rooms either, some of the stairs and corridors...

Booked dinner bed and breakfast. It started well pleasant check in, advertised as a junior suit a bit tired decor but nice all the same and firm comfortable bed. Wanted to eat early as had tickets for the theatre. That's when it went horribly downhill. They had a large party so was advised restaurant wasn't open until 6pm and to...

Stayed 26th November.2016. Check in was great...very friendly Lady. Room was nice with some lovely fresh fruit and bottled water. This however is were we stopped enjoying our stay. Went for dinner at 6:30, we were seated right away, and given some iced water and bread. Had to ask for a menu, and within minutes of ordering we were served...

Really disappointed with this place. We booked for bed and breakfast, yet never got breakfast any of the 3 mornings, because they didn't start serving at the time we needed to leave (I may add, HUGE event on close by, with a massive amount of people in the same position). The breakfast staff who informed us of this were most...

At first glance you see an older property which is a bit tired and needing some upgrading, however, the smooth running of the place and pleasant nature of all staff, who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable, was a delight. All staff operated with a smile on their face and certainly appeared to enjoy their work. Nothing...

Was a bit worried about reviews saying run down. The common areas lile corridors are in need of decoration but our room was very nice and spacious. Staff were very helpful and looked like they were working very hard. Only let down was the breakfast. It was so busy the staff simply couldn't cope and there was no organisation apparent....

We stayed here with family recently to enjoy the Michael Buble tribute night and were not disappointed. Obviously the hotel is quite tired now but the rooms were adequate. We enjoyed a swim, sauna and steam in the afternoon, luckily beating a crowd which arrived just after us. The meal on Saturday night was excellent and the restaurant manager was...

My husband and I arrived around 12.30 and the room wasn't ready yet and it would 3.00 before we could get in. Asked about getting something to eat or drink and we were told the bar did not open til 3.00....couldn't even get a cup of coffee..not very welcoming. We did go into Pitlochry for lunch and got into our...

Scotlands Hotel is one of the few remaining old fashioned hotels in Scotland. It has a faded charm that I hope it will strive to maintain. Glossy, sterile hotels are fine but you can't beat character. From the minute we stepped through the door we felt a genuine warmth. The receptionist could not have been more helpful. O.K. you had...

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with my mum. Room may be in need of updating but spotlessly clean. The staff were great towards us and could not do enough to help. Food was lovely and the unexpected entertainment on Saturday (Jason Porters tribute act to Michael Buble) was a great end to the weekend. Will definitely be back. 4.5...
