This is a very nice place to stay. It's very convenient, it's right on the main street and all the attractions of Pitlochry are within easy walking distance. My room was great! It was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was very nice. I will stay here again.

Clean and well appointed guest house. Comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. Breakfast was good with combination of self service and freshly cooked options. The guest house is off the main road with good parking and easy access to restaurants and shops.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at, it definitely had that cozy feeling and it was very well maintained and clean. The owners and staff were so incredibly nice and very accommodating. Very close to downtown and we’ll within walking distance to everything.

Brilliantly positioned right in the centre of the town but with private parking, we had places to eat and things to do in easy walking distance. The welcome was warm and the room was comfortable, well decorated and with clean and spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious. Altogether everything you could want or need from a place to stay. We just stayed one night on our way up the A9 to Thurso, but we would stay there longer as it’s so comfy.

Wonderful stay. Everything from the location the villa itself, the rooms the beds the breakfast the staff! Would recommend this place to everyone! Will be back again to beautiful Pitlochry. My partner and Myself brought our cycle bikes with us. Had a great time cycling through the enchanted forest and also up to the dam.

Lovely place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean room, blackout curtains, very quiet. Excellent location, close to all attractions. Breakfast was fantastic, could not fault my stay. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was terrific. Proprietor James was super friendly and welcoming. The interior has Victorian charm as did our room. The room also had a very modern, clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options Highly recommend!

Great location towards the end of the main street. Ample parking. Easy to walk into the centre of Pitlochry where there are plenty of places to eat / drink (The Auld Smiddy Inn was very good and the Old Mill looked good too with big beer garden / al fresco dining). Simple check in. Big room (with one double and a single even though it was just the two of us). Very big bathroom with excellent shower. A la carte breakfast had good choices as well as buffet cold food (fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereals etc) – all served by cheerful and friendly staff. Great coffee machine with lots of options. Price was excellent and we definitely felt it was value for money. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in this part of the country.

We had an outstanding stay at the Atholl Villa Guest House in July 2023. Our room was beautifully appointed with a brand new bathroom. It was very quiet at night even though it faced Atholl Road. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the Latte, Cappuccino maker was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with transportation issues. I would highly recommend this very well run B&B! Sheilagh P
