We booked the whole house for a family birthday party weekend. It easily accommodated 16 of us with beds to spare and lots of room. The bar and adjoining room are perfect for a party night. The kitchen is well set out, the lounge with tv has lots of seating and the dining room could host a banquet. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. Jack, the host was very friendly and easy going. We would recommend it for short break or long weekend.

Room Tip: The road up to the house is liable to flood especially after the weekend we just had. Take boots...

We had a great hen weekend. We were a group of 16 and the house was perfect for our needs with plenty space and facilities. It was an ideal location to host our murder mystery dinner and we really enjoyed making use of the lovely outside areas. It was also conveniently placed for accessing Pitlochry where we enjoyed paddleboarding and lunch out.

We had a great time at Dunfallandy House to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Everyone from the oldest (70) to the youngest (18 months) thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. The accommodation is excellent with every bedroom being ensuite which, for a large party, is great. There was plenty of space for us all and the tabletop football was a huge success. Audrey & Graeme were excellent hosts. The house is situated just outside Pitlochry but within walking distance and there is a nice park nearby for kids to play in. All in all a great place and I would recommend it.

A spacious mansion house will lots of period detail that is extremely comfortable. The facilities (Kitchen / Dining Room / TV lounge / room with comfortable seating next to a roaring fire / Bar area / Outside Patio) are superb and ideal for a large party of guests. Plenty of parking at the venue too. Wi-Fi is best in the kitchen.

We got married at Dunfallandy last Sunday and it was incredible! The website and photos don’t do this home justice! It’s huge, absolutely stunning and the new patio outside was perfect for brekkie in the sun! Graeme and Audrey couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back! 🥰💖

We booked Dunfallandy House for my Hen weekend and it was just perfect. The house was well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for a great weekend. It has a lovely garden and we were lucky enough to get nice weather to sit outside. The house is in a great location and I can’t recommend it enough for a weekend away with a large group. With 15 ladies, every room having an en-suite was brilliant. Graeme and Audrey were very helpful, before during and after our stay. We would love to return for another stay! Great place to celebrate with a dram :)

We were a party of 17 ranging in age from 3 months to 77years. The accommodation was warm, spacious, clean and comfortable, a nice walk from Pitlochry and with a great garden out back for our makeshift Highland games. The kitchen had just had a refurb before we arrived and was nicely laid out, clean and very functional - with 2 fridges, a freezer, a huge range cooker, a microwave and an Aga-like cooker. We had a great chat with Graeme and Audrey as we were leaving (sorry for keeping you back!) and they were just lovely. Thank you both!

A great house in a great location. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of room round the dining table and in the sitting rooms. The kitchen was perfect with enough space in the huge fridge for all our food and wine. Similarly, the range cooker had 3 ovens and space for about 6 pans. We were lucky with the weather and made use of the patio area at the back which was a real sun trap. It's a 20 minutes walk into Pitlochry where there's lots of bars, shops, restaurants, takeaways and even a couple of distilleries. There are several signposted walks which start from the village. Blackspout Waterfall is definitely worth the short climb up. We loved the antique furniture and period features of the house. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully. It made for a memorable weekend. Thank you Graeme and Audrey.
