James is a great host and Kirsty's breakfast Rosti is memorable. The whole home is spotless and very comfortable. This was our third visit so was 1st choice to take parents for a short stay. They were impressed.

We returned to a place we have loved in the past and were thankful we did. Beinn Bhracaigh is a beautiful home with a view from the rooms down to the village and across the Perthshire hills. James and Kirsty keep the place immaculate. The breakfasts provide a choice unlike other hotels and B&B's. The honour bar is well stocked and an appreciated feature. It was five nights in paradise. We will return again.

Stayed here for a weekend , place is spotless ,beds comfortable beautiful views breakfast was superb great hosts , check in at 4pm and out 10.30 which I personally think is too early , no shoes policy when you enter the hotel so bring slippers or socks as some floors tiled , Hosts ask you to pre book breakfast which is not for me , but can understand why they do it , and time you would like breakfast last sitting 9.15 am Have an honesty bar we never used but it was lovely and great choice . No shoes or smoking in grounds and quiet time at 11pm. Which isn’t unreasonable for other guests.

We found Beinn Bhracaigh through TripAdvisor as somewhere to stay while visiting Pitlochry for the Etape Caledonia 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. James and Kirstie were excellent hosts - with James even getting up at 5am on the day of the Etape to make breakfast. Our room was excellent as was our bathroom, which were both much appreciated after days out. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pitlochry and looking for somewhere to stay.

We ended up booking here last minute as our trip to Arran was cancelled due to an outbreak of covid and our hotel had to sadly close - so glad we managed to get a room here instead! James was a very accommodating host, super friendly, helpful and chatty. The location was great for walking in to town centre, the room clean and comfy and the breakfasts delicious! Would recommend and would stay again!

James was a fab host - super friendly and knowledgable about the surrounding area. Room itself was nice and perfect for a short stay. Would recommend the breakfast also! Great location - super easy to walk down into Pitlochry and an ideal spot to do various day trips around the surrounding area. Would highly recommend checking this B&B out!

Hi James. We are now back home in England and had a fantastic tour of Scotland. The whole party agreed that your B&B was by far the most beautiful, spacious and comfortable place we stayed (we actually stayed in 11 places on our tour). Your beds were just sooooooo comfortable! We stayed in "The Tay". The breakfast choice was far superior to others as well with such a great choice. So a very big thank you. Graham and I are even thinking of returning to Pitlochry on our own at some stage to do some walking, so we will be contacting you! Many thanks Sandra

Just returned from short stay, 3 nights in this hotel. Great location with excellent views of town. Owners very welcoming and happy to help make your stay a great one. Great rooms, comfortable beds, what more can you ask for after your day exploring the area. Breakfast choice great and all local produce. If planning a stay in Pitlochry you would not be disappointed choosing this hotel. Will return to experience again.
