Stayed just one night but very impressed. Reception staff helpful. Room was big, clean and adequate. Have to say one of the best beds I've slept on very comfy. Frankie and Benny in walking distance for food and very good dinner. They also do a breakfast for under £6 but we didn't try that but looked good. We stayed as... More

Superb value for money. Very clean and tidy hotel. Excellent staff too. Stayed in family room which was a good size. Comfortable beds that meant a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Stayed here on 23rd November whilst visiting an elderly relative nearby, room was very clean and the bed was most comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with overbath shower and everything was very clean. There was tea and coffee facilities also in the room, all in all this was good value for money, I had a great sleep into the... More

My family of 5 stayed one Saturday night (boys at football) and I can't rate the hotel highly enough. At only £34 per room it's brilliant value for money. Rooms were spotless , warm and beds very comfy. Loads of hot water day and night. Staff were great and nothing was a problem. No food onsite but facilities for breakfast... More

Our baby was poorly during our stay - the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Big shout to Rhona, Helen, Malcolm & Gary. The ladies even washed our baby's clothes for us which was over & above what we could have expected. Thank you so much

We stayed at the Ayr Travelodge as a base to explore Ayrshire as well as Dumfries and Galloway it's on the outskirts of Ayr not far from the race course and a short drive from the sea front and beach.

I was meant to stay here for a night with my husband but due to work commitments i had to stay on my own. The young man on reception was very proffesional and friendly. The room itself was spotless and the hotel was very quiet. Overall I had a great stay and will definately stay again.

I'm disabled and the help that I was given by the staff was excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was a little shabby in parts but I understand that it is due to have a refurbishment in the near future.

Easy to find and not too far from the centre of Ayr. We chose it for its dog friendly credentials and affordability for a last minute weekend break. If there was a criticism (apart from the normal clinical blandness of the room),is that there was no seating apart from one hard chair at the counter/dressing table area. It was a... More
