Clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation. Topped with attentive, welcoming staff who go above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Excellent service. Meals were delicious and evening entertainment was great.

We love coming to the Forth after a walk in the cold for hot soup and a warm welcome. The soup is always delicious. This time we stayed overnight and enjoyed a good sleep in a comfy bed too. Would stay again.

This was a first visit to the Forth Inn and we were not disappointed. From the welcome, to the seating, the food (fish and chips and chicken) the attention from the staff (not too over-powering) and the lovely atmosphere. There will definitely be a return visit in the future, even if it's a day trip from Glasgow, as it will...

"Spiced onions"? A name for a trip advisor review? Here is the answer, our family have been visiting this wonderful pub for many years now and it is an honour and privilege to be able to call the owner and the fantastic staff as friends. During our latest stay at a nearby resort we enjoyed so much many lovely lunches...

We were impressed straight away with the welcoming sign outside stating they were dog friendly, which was a bonus as it was about 2 degrees outside so didn't fancy sitting on the nice benches at the side so we opted for inside...

When we realised the celebrations with friends in Aberfoyle wouldnt go well with driving back to Glasgow we booked into the Forth Inn 'cos it was there'. We seriously under estimated the Forth. It was a lovely friendly break in its own right. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a hearty breakfast (beside the open fire - cosy!). There was some...

My wife and I visited Aberfoyle during the week requiring lunch we looked around the local village restaurants we could easily see how busy the Forth Inn restaurant was compared to the other restaurant within the village, as you know this is generally a good sign with the locals dinning within, entering the restaurant we were politely greeted by a...

Fantastic pub. Excellent hospitality. All staff extremely welcoming and helpful especially with my dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free). Delicious food very well presented. So good we ate there several times during our visit to Kinlochard. Definitely worth a visit.
