This place is perfect for those who want high quality accomodation with a great sense of history and your host has no problem pointing you in the right direction to go to find your local ancestory as he himself is a local historian.. a beautiful location just outside the town of ennis which has all the pubs and restaurants you'd ever need, i couldnt recommend newpark house highly enough for any stay in county Clare..

A truly beautiful and romantic estate home on 50 acres not far from downtown Ennis. The full Irish breakfast and accommodations were perfect as were our hosts the Barron family. I highly recommend making this stop as you make your way around Ireland.

Our family of five stayed in this beautiful, historic house that has been in the owner’s family for more than 100 years. It was comfortable, and very clean. Sipping tea in the library made us feel like we were at Downton Abbey. A bonus is the two friendly dogs. Delicious breakfast with eggs from the chickens on site.

We received a very warm welcome at this B & B. Charlie the dog was so sweet and Rua, though slow to warm up is a sweetheart as well. We were a group of 7 staying here. Declan and Bernie were wonderful hosts. Our room shared a balcony on the back garden that was just lovely! The library and lounge were absolutely beautiful! Breakfast the next morning was made fresh and absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed our hosts and our stay. I highly recommend this B & B.

A wonderful old estate/B&B. The hosts are charming, rooms very comfortable (all en-suite), the historic home is filled with antiques and many interesting historical photos. Full Irish breakfast is outstanding! Within walking distance of the local pub, and easy access to downtown Ennis.
