Fantastic 2 room B and B with large rooms, comfortable beds with choice of blankets, modern bathroom with fantastic walk in shower, just about anything you want for breakfast. Only 1k from Old Castle town which has ATM, super market and of course pubs. This B and B is well worth going out of your way to stay. Patrick and...

It was a nice weekend stay for our family at Rockfield B&B. The host was ready to provide you with every little thing which you might forgot to take with yourself - razors, toothbrushes and other hygiene supplies. Very well located for both purposes - easy to find and close to the national park. Irish breakfast was very tasty and...

I stayed in rockfield several times since moving to ireland 10 years ago, every time i was there i was welcome with a smile and enjoyed my stay, breakfast was great, the rooms and beds clean and confortable and the fact that it is a 5 minute walk straight to the center of town makes it all the more convinient....

First impressions were good, the owner was friendly; then everything went downhill from there. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were very dirty; they had a really unpleasant smell. There was ingrained dirt in all areas of the room including the towels. Sleeping on St. Patrick’s bed on top of Croagh Patrick mountain would have been more comfortable than sleeping in...
