My wife and I stayed with Carol and Jim at Lis Ardagh Lodge last weekend and loved it. They are a very engaging and welcoming couple and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and staying in their lovely B&B. Their garden is an added bonus and clearly a labour of love! We look forward to another visit in the future.

Have just spent two nights at the lodge. It's located just outside Union Hall village on the side of a hill with great views out across a very well maintained garden towards the sea in the distance. It's ideally situated to explore all of Cork County. We were greeted on arrival by Carol who gave us a quick guided tour...

Thank you Dave for taking the time to write such a glowing review, sorry about the shower jell should have been there my mistake, must have given you double body lotion. We have no trays in the showers because of different problems with them in the past, will consider this in the future, if we find it is problematic with...

We arrived mid afternoon and was greeted by the owner who lived next door and ran the B&B. To took us in for a cup of tea and told us everything we needed to know about where to visit, what to see and what to look out for. He was so interesting and caring. His wife then returned from shopping...

Our stay at Lis Ardagh lodge was wonderful. The hosts Jim and Carol are just beautiful people. So welcoming and friendly could not do enough for you. The house is so homely and the rooms are large, spacious and clean. The attention to detail is clearly seen throughout. The town of Union Hall is only a short walk away and...

Lovely place, very friendly hosts, glorious breakfast and JIm's accent, too! It doesn't get much better than this. The village is also a little gem and just down the hill so you can even walk down and enjoy a few pints without taking the car. Thank you!
