Recently stayed here while in Blarney. While the name states Blarney Hotel it is not in Blarney but a place called Tower about 6 km from the village on the old butter road or Kerry road. The pool and bar are nice areas of the hotel

The drive to the hotel was pretty miserable tight tiny roads but I'm blaming that on Google. The hotel yes maybe could use some updating but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The restaurant had good food - but was slow and getting the final bill took forever (BUT I will say I experienced that over all of Ireland and it... More

Got a great deal on the hotel, we we're there 6 days 5 nights. The lobby was spacious and the staff were very accommodating shout out to Suzan. The bar was colorfully decorated, a lively crowed on game nights. The bar menu was limited but the salmon and mash or the red chicken curry and rice were delicious choices. Breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel when we came to visit family who live in Blarney so we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We got a family room with a double, single and put up bed and it was very spacious and clean. I found the windows a bit draughty though. I used the two pin... More

Upon arriving at the blarney golf hotel we were greeted by very friendly and patient staff. The reception area is large with a large seating area. The staff were very informative and helpful throughout the trip so I can't fault them there. We were given a map showing us to our lodge and where he facilities were located around the... More

We saw that this place had mixed reviews, but had high hopes due to it being so close to blarney castle and Cork, and that it was great for families. When we booked through a third party website, it stated that they had family friendly laundry facilities on site, which we definitely needed, as we were right I'm the middle... More

Food is very low quality, ie: fish and chips, fish lightly burnt and dry, lemon burnt (no idea what that's about!!!) peas cold and that was for all three of us, Lasagne was dry! Eat out!!! Rooms are very spacious and very nice.

This is a good place to go on a budget - but don't expect to sleep much. Beds need major updating. BUT, the full breakfast was pretty awesome. There is a pool and workout area, if you're interested in that. Kitchen has space. Our bathroom smelled a bit like mildew.

3rd visit to Blarney Golf Resort Hotel. Have stayed in Lodges and hotel previously, this time in hotel. Did not stay last year as it was very expensive. No special offers as it had been bought over. This year got a great deal for 3 adults. Spoke to a representative at their stand in the RDS at the 50+ show.... More
