I visited the Maryborough Spa last weekend on a package (lunch and treatment) with a group of friends. I have to say, we had a fabulous day from start to finish! The lunch was absolutely gorgeous. The bar was really busy, so the manager seated us in the restaurant and it was nice and quiet. The food was divine! We...

I received hotel stay via rte radio programme in 2016 and thought I would book via hotel receptionist Rachel who confirmed 2 nights stay in November. Unfortunately the lady booked first night for Nov 2017 was never confirmed by email or phone call. So when we arrived from a long distance drive to the hotel my booking was unconfirmed for...

Hi Nigel, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and provide us with valuable feedback. My sincere apologies for the mix up on your arrival and for the inconvenience this caused you. We stayed here as a family (all adults). All the girls used the spa and thermal suites which were really lovely and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We just found the restaurant and bar area a bit cold even when we asked the staff could the heating be turned up. But...

We stayed at the Maryborough for a Spa break. The spa treatments were good, but it was a shame that they do not have any couples rooms or shared thermal suite areas. We also had dinner, with the food being very good, but the service on a quiet night being a little lacklustre.

By far the best dinner I've ever eaten in a hotel. The food we had was outstanding and couldn't quite believe how good it was. Would come back for the food alone. Spa was excellent and every staff member was very friendly.
