Arrived early on Saturday morning for an overnight stay saturday night. I guess my first impression of the hotel was less than inspiring - dirty lift that brings you from an underground car park to a pavement area around the corner from the hotel entrance, a foyer with somewhat grubby looking unholstery. As the room was not going to be...

It is a very modern hotel in the heart of cork city. Stayed for one night. Room Was lovely and staff very friendly. No parking supplied but can park around the corner but is €12 per day which is pricy if you're staying for a long time

Stayed in the clarion for three nights and overall enjoyable. However was highly stressed upon arrival as we had spent an hour driving past the hotel three times in rush hour traffic in one way systems trying to locate the car park that was down a narrow side road and had no signage! Had a road facing room on fifth...

We stayed here for one of the live at the Marquee gigs during the summer, couldnt praise the place enough everything from the slippers and robes to the little box of chocolates to the lovely view of the River Lee, a super comfy bed. All nice touches which ensured you were getting a great service. The location was brilliant.

Stayed here for three nights in November the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center and everything is accessible by foot. The restaurant offers good portions and all meals we had were delicious.

Late review but better now than never! Rooms were big and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel is in a good location - its near the bus station and you can walk into city centre within 5 mins!

The Clarion is in a perfect location. Good for business trip and city shopping. Rooms are basic but comfortable. I felt it lacked atmosphere, the personal touch and service. I would prefer when opening my curtains to have a better view than the lobby so curtains closed at all times for privacy. If you are travelling for a quick business...

Dear EithneOC Many thanks for taking the time to submit your review. I am disappointed that you thought our rooms were basic as many rooms offer balconies , city views , espresso machines , a selection of teas , bottle water, fridges and not to mention free 300meg wifi. If you would be kind enough to contact me @ cotoole@clarionhotelcorkcity.com...

We arrived at 13.30 a little before allotted time to be greeted by a charming young receptionist who continued our good mood, we were given a delightful room (109) which had a pleasant view overlooking the river and town hall. a goodly size with many facilities, iron, (which we did not use) safe, slippers and dressing gown also not used....
