We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel location is very central - 5 minutes' walk from all shops and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only had 1 drink in the hotel bar so we cannot judge the food or the service. We received a complimentary upgrade to the room with a river view, the room was specious,...

Booked Clayton for my mum's 80th Birthday last August with all her children and grandchildren there (25 in all). We enjoyed the weekend immensely. Thanks to the staff we all had the most relaxing weekend and my mother was made feel so special with a fab suite etc. Kids all had great fun in the pool. Food was delicious too....

A great place to base yourself for a weekend in Cork. Park up & walk once there. Main shopping streets are only a 5 min walk away. Nice lobby, restaurant & coffee dock. Very good staff. Nice breakfast. Look for a room on the upper floors & away from the lifts as it can be a bit noisy as the...

So booked this for 2 nights at €221 with no breakfast included which is pricey but had been here two years ago and loved it. On top of the €221, you have to pay €12 a night for car park, which added another €24 on total bill. Just too dear in my opinion for hotel car park. Anyway, on check...

We stayed two nights in the Clayton hotel. The hotel was on the pricier side so expected much. The hotel room was clean but definitely needs an update. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The women's changing room and shower facility was ok, but my husband though the men's side was quite awful. We had breakfast at the hotel...

I have stated here a few times. I get a comp upgrade to a room that had floor to ceiling windows that ran about 40foot from wall to wall. Loved it.! Room was fantastic. Staff are a bit overwhelmed. I love Cork, the whole city I think is a much better way to feel and see an Irish city. Very...

I recently stayed in the Clayton in cork city. Our stay was pricey enough but what we got was not 4 star quality! We had picked this hotel initially because of its location and parking facilities. When we arrived we were informed we could pay for parking now or when we leave. I don't mind paying if I had known...

We just checked out of your hotel on Monday morning after staying in room 140 and 135 for 3 nights. Friday night we ate in Kudos bar and the chef was too busy to explain the Gluten Free options on the menu for my Coeliac Son so we had to order in for him from a local restaurant. We booked...
