While the room was on the small side, it was nice and clean. Our breakfasts were great and we could walk easily to City Centre. But, the best thing about our stay were our wonderful hosts! They were very helpful, fun to chat with and very accommodating. The airline lost our big bag and Sandra went above and beyond helping...

Very friendly owners, always making effort to chat with guests. Rooms bit cramped, but clean Very busy road. Good for city centre. Shopping centre near by and on main bus route into city centre. Good breakfast. Plenty of choice.

We had a great 3 night stay here two weeks ago. Very reasonably priced. Buses go into Dublin Centre from outside the house. The room was very clean and comfy, we both slept really well. We had our accommodation in Botanic Villa for 5 nights on our honeymoon. The hosts were very kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy.
