Average may seem harsh, but the hotel business is a competitive market. There is little about this hotel that makes it any better than most of the hotels I stay in. And on this basis I rate it as average.

Return visit for rugby at Aviva. Good location. Formerly the Burlington and completely renovated. Good rooms with all amenities. Large friendly bar. Business centre on 2 floor was useful. Gym on 6th floor.
The location is near the center - 10 min walk to St. Stevens Green and quiet. The rooms have decent size and are very clean. I always get a quiet room. The breakfast is delicious - you get the usual continental and the English version...More

Yes St Stevens Green has a lot of places but if you want somenthing really near and good I can recomend Canal Bank Cafe in 2 min waking distance - I did nont have breakfast there but a nice dinner - wonderful athmospheric... More
