Avalon was a great, central hostel within short walking distance of Trinity College, Guinness storehouse, temple bars, bus stations...everything you could want. Room was clean and neat. Guests were quiet. It was in a safe and fun part of Dublin, super easy to get anywhere by foot or bus. Front desk workers were very helpful. Free breakfast. Nicely decorated.

I stayed here for one night for an overnight trip to Dublin. It is fairly basic but it is clean, comfortable, decent enough location and also includes ensuite bathrooms. Also €17 a night is excellent value for a hostel in Dublin.
