      Very Pleased

      This older hotel is very well maintained and is centrally located in the heart of the downtown action. The management and staff are pleasant and customer oriented. The breakfasts are very good as well. No negatives.

      There is no need to find a place nearby. Buswell's Hotel has an excellent breakfast that was included with the room with a very nice setting.

      about 3 mins walk to Grafton st, and 15 mins to Henry St. Grafton st is the more upmarket area.
