Great location with a car park (must be prebooked). The staff are great and we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar on the night. Breakfast was good. The Hotel and its facilities are everything you could want and the location cannot be rivalled but we did think that although clean the decor and furnishings were dated and could do...

Couldn't believe how good this hotel was till arrived the price and location was the main thing. Car park too. But sadly you need to register or book a carpark spot with them. We didn't know but we got a discount in a car park just 2 mins walk away. But the hotel was great other wise. Staff rooms bar...

Lovely little hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Located centrally on O'Connell St so walking distance to many attractions, shopping, bus & tram no problem. Rooms also nice and clean. Breakfast provided is nicely cooked and a good variety to select from.

We stayed for three days and two nights. Room was very clean and comfortable. Furniture in need of a little bit of TLC, surface of bed side tables have been ruined by someone placing hot cups directly onto polished wood surface. Would suggest transforming this high class furniture into a "Shabby Chiche" finish. Breakfast is a MUST, buffet style and...

Bathroom needs renovating.bed didn't fit base and uncomfortable. Found decorators on our floor when we checked in.Workmen, decorators woke us up at 6.45am. Complained yet they did it again next day.complained at reception and they said they had asked workmen not to start so early due to complaints but no real apology or refund when asked. Very expensive hotel and not...

Very disappointed. Room small for price (£400 for 3 nights). Bed uncomfortable. Woken up two mornings at 06:45 by painters and decorators in adjacent rooms. Staff not very friendly. Didnt apologise for noise. Breakfast low quality and only just warm. Would never stay there again. Mind you we will never visit Dublin again. Horrible place.
