We have being staying in Cassidy's every time we visit Dublin over the last 15 years or more and we love it. The staff are always so nice and remember you each time we stay. It is so central you can go anywhere as the buses are just outside the hotel and it is walking distance to city centre. You...

A very nice place in the heart of the downtown area.Nice rooms .and it has a nice restaurant/ bar and reasonably priced. The only problem is parking, they have only 10 spots at hotel and then you have to park at a garage about 4 blocks away. They do have green lights at floor/night lights. I thought they were to bright

We stayed at the hotel first week of January for four nights. Slept terrible on the first night, mattress made us role into each other every half hour. Simply worn out. Told reception next morning, were immediately upgraded to a heritage room. Large bed, better shower, better location. We didn't asked for it, simply got it. Slept like a baby...

Very nice, simple room. no frills. only one complaint, there was urine in the toilet! A tad bizarre. Didn't try the restaurant, or use the breakfast option, so many great eateries all around. We were able to walk everywhere downtown.

We had a couple of issues with the bathroom in our otherwise really lovely room spacious and comfortable which we spoke to a member...

I find it very difficult to say anything negative about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very courteous and you could tell that they were genuinely happy to help. We requested an early check-in as we were due to arrive some hours before the 3 o'clock time. When we got there, our room was ready...

We stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed our time there. Great service from reception and a convenient location in central Dublin, my boyfriend and I were able to walk everywhere. We wanted some fresh air in our rooms while we slept (we turned off the heater and opened the windows) but found it was quite loud around 7am...

It has been an amazing stay at the Cassidys Hotel. We had a 4 night stay, at a beautiful room, very spacious and clea. Staff are so friendly!! (as well every Irish people we met). Breakfast is amazing, and the food at the Bistro is delicious. Only one thing that should be improved, the wi-fi connection. The rest is perfect....
