Friendly staff, clean rooms, a bit on the noisy side, efficient internet and, as in most not really recently built hotels, an insufficient number of plugs.
My room had a very small writing desk, hence great for holidays or a short stay, but not good...More
The location is perfect & staff nice enough & to be fair the bar is charming. However, the rooms are far too fired & beds old & uncomfortable.
The room was clean but money needs to be spent to justify the rates charged .
Stayed here from Friday 7th - Sunday 9th April 2017 for my Brother's 40th Birthday do. The hotel is in an excellent location and as the name suggests was 'Central'. Upon arrival check-in was easy and the receptionists were helpful even though they didn't seem...More
I'll try to keep this short. I was here for a wedding last weekend. The couple picked the place as it was supposed to be a good late bar option. This turned out to be false. In general, some of the (male) staff were not...More
The hotel is situated in one of Dublins most vibrant and noisy nightlife areas, which is very much evident when in the hotel due to the poor sound proofing and single glazed Victorian sash window. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was out...More

I don't know but this hotel was disgustingly dirty. Our rooms had holes in the carpet and stains all over the walls and chairs. We had 2 rooms and both were absolutely gross. Our toilet didn't work. I have traveled to 13 countries in Europe and this was the one and only bad one. When we told the staff they agreed it needed a "refurbishing". Not it needs cleaned. Don't waste your money. Once in Ireland we saw a lot of nice hotels.
