Really surprised to see the recent complaint from across the pond. I stayed here last weekend and had a very different experience. Maybe it's different in America, but during the 1800's people didn't build large town houses with a car park suitable for 300 spaces....More

there is a small TV. There are stairs to the entrance and rooms on ground floor and up stairs. The staff was very helpful and took my luggage up to my room. Breakfast is very delicious and staff wonderful!

I can't answer for all of the rooms either, but mine was an enormous room and had a bathtub and a shower. My guess would be that most rooms have a bathtub.
