The staff are charming, the beds are comfortable, it is clean. But the Ballsbridge reminds me of one of those once great liners on their last journey to the scrap yard. The whole place is an ancient relic. Menus that haven't caught up with the times serving food that you would have put up with in the Eighties but is...

Stayed here a few years ago decided to try again for my weekly trip to Dublin. There are better hotels for the same price range. My room was dated, bed not great and tv channel quality fuzzy, however to give credit the cleanliness was fine. The real let down was the lack or service and friendless, my check in was...

The reception staff were amazingly helpful. Our first time in Ireland and this has set a great example for future visits. Rooms clean and nice decor throughout. A nice walk into Dublin City centre (please note: wear flats) the gent in reception gave directions and pointed out all the best bars for us and my goodness was he right. We've...

This hotel is in a lovely area where many embassies are located. While not directly downtown, the walk is not very far. We stayed in the towers, which can be a bit of a "hike" to the main parts of the hotel. There is construction next door but, being there on a weekend, we were not bothered by the noise....

I booked this hotel as I normally stay in the Clyde court when I visit Dublin. This hotel was in the same hotel group so thought it would be ok. We stayed on Sunday night and I was disappointed with the service. We ate in the Dubliner , food was good but later my husband asked for change for the...

Stayed the second time & I'm a lot more impressed! Parking was free, extra toilet paper! & pretty cheap considering it was booked last minute & esp during a busy weekend (NZ vs Ireland Rugby game at the stadium). Enjoyed our stay!

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while we looked around Dublin. Our room was large and clean if a little dated. We used room service which came quite quickly, we ordered a BLT which was fine. Breakfast selection was good.

It is a lovely walk from the hotel to the city centre of Dublin but you can easily cab it. The hotel offers very clean and quiet accommodation and the staff is wonderful. Transport is available from the hotel to the airport but be advised - this is by bus and the stop is across the road from the hotel....
