All of your basic needs are met: proximity to the city center, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everyone we met was incredibly kind and helpful, most of all the front desk staff. The rooms were spotless, which is impressive considering my boyfriend and I were sharing with six other people. I highly, highly recommend.

A great example of a busy city hostel! The people who maintain Jacobs Inn were friendly and very relaxed. This I felt was one of the most important factors looking back now. The choice of room wouldn't affect the quality of our stay because of the shared spaces and communal feel. However, the rooms are kept clean and with bathrooms...

My friend and I stayed in the girls sleeping dorm for 8 people. The accommodation was great. Each bed had its own curtain, so you have a lot of privacy even though you have to share it with 7 other people. Bus 742 (the one you can take from the airport) stops a street away from the hostel which is...

We stayed in a four bed private room with ensuite. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Beds were comfortable, surprisingly! Shower was hot and towels were provided. Breakfast was more than adequate, toast with jams or Nutella, cereals and a range of drinks. We were fortunate to be allowed to check in at 1.30pm as our room was ready-bonus! Large...

Very friendly staff, lots of space to sit and relax, eat. When I was tired from spending my day running from museum to museum I had a great night staying in. Good rooms, and cool kitchen. Very close to train and coach station and close to the city center.

Nice stay with nice staff. Great loczyiob, walking distance from everything interesting. The bus 742 to and from the airport stops right by the hostel (2min walk) which is really enjoyable. Only two things I somehow regret = breakfast is supposed to finish at 10, actually finished at 9:35 and the hostel is very big, facilities are great but it's...

My first solo trip and Jacob's Inn helped to make the experience. The people are super nice and accommodating. Showed up and realized I had booked for the wrong dates and the concierge was very helpful and reassuring. Definitely won't leave you out in the cold. Great and friendly staff. Great amenities.

We booked this hostel because of the value for money and location. We were pleasently surprised at how spacious the rooms were. The shower was quite tempermental but the bathroom was a good size and allowed 8 girls to get ready for a night out together with ease. There was chewing gum under a few of the beds which was...

Hostel was really easy to find, about 30 seconds from the bus stop, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, each bed had its own curtain, light and plug socket, and a little shelf which came in very handy. Breakfast is included and the common area/lounge was really cool. They also offered free walking...
