A good place to stay if you're passing through Dun Laoghaire or if you want to be within daily striking distance of Dublin but do not fancy stopping in the city itself. Great hosting; great breakfast; comfortable accommodation; good suggestion for where to go for dinner: just what you need from places like this. A short walk brings one to...

The Ferry House was our first B&B experience and they set the bar high. Eammon, Pauline, and their son, Rowan were so friendly and welcoming and the house is beautiful. No matter which of the three prepared breakfast, it was plentiful and delicious. They all gave us great recommendations and directions and were like talking with good friends. Pay a...

This B&B is ideal for a stay in the lovely South Dublin coastal town of Dún Laoghaire. The best thing about the accommodation is the friendliness of the proprietor, Pauline. She is very welcoming indeed and makes guests feel at home straight away. The house is in an excellent location, just a short stroll to the heart of Dún Laoghaire...

This large home is stunningly beautiful! A real classic home, with tall ceiling, amazing woodwork. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Breakfasts are delicious. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Room has tea and coffee with electric kettle to heat up water. Located a short walk from the Sandycove DART station, convenient to several restaurants/pubs. A great place to...

Without hesitation, Ferry House is the ideal B & B from all aspects--- comfort, heat, cleanliness, spaciousness, deliciously home-cooked food in abundance, detailed and accurate information re services,--transport, restaurants etc We found that it was close to the city, yet removed from the noise, hustle and bustle. It is beside the bus stop, five minutes from the dart. HOWEVER ---It...

I had a fantastic time with Eammon and Pauline - always great fun at breakfast time. Their welcome and courtesy are outstanding. I particularly liked the packed breakfast that they provided when I left early on my last morning there - can't wait to go back.

Pauline and Eamon are extremely warm, friendly proprietors. Enjoyed our stay, especially the conversations with the owners. Beautiful older house, extremely convenient to both the DART station to Dublin, and the waterfront. People's Park, a beautiful green space is a short walk away. Great way to start our vacation in Ireland.

After a long trip from the states, Pauline welcomed us to her home; we were able to 'drop' our luggage as we arrived very early in Ireland and the room was not yet ready for the four of us. When we did return and officially check in, we found the room large enough to accommodate all four of our party...
