We stayed for 3 nights as a party of 13 while looking up our roots in the local area. We were met outside as we parked the car for a warm reception and had a lovely stay. We were made to feel very welcome, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly with a...

The place is very nice, the owner is so polite and ready to help. Very very beautiful;) Breakfast is very good typical Irish and you are very close to the city Center. You can park your car outside and they have plenty of tips if you decide to go around Galway

Great accommodation! Mattress was perfect and the cushions were not typical flat cushions you get in B&Bs, I had a good night sleep. Perfectly white and clean sheets. Shower in the bathroom was just perfect , just what I needed after a cold and rainy day, and entire room was very warm. Good hair dryer too. Very relaxing stay no...

We spent a couple nights there, and are usually not fans of B and Bs. This was fabulous, across the street from the waterfront, quiet, and clean. It was quite convenient to the old city yet not quite right in the middle of things. We walked a quarter mile the other direction one night and found a great neighborhood pub...

The owners Peader (not sure of the spelling) & Joan are welcoming hosts and provide a lovely place to stay with an excellent breakfast menu. The rooms are comfortable with lovely linen and a comfortable bed and a shower room with a high standard of cleanliness. Our room on the first floor had a fantastic view of Galway Bay and...

We really liked this B&B. Unfortunately, I believe that some obnoxious Americans (also American, but we all know the type) checked in and had breakfast the same times that we did, which may have put a damper on our host's mood. He was perfectly nice and accommodating, but I think they were trying his patience (heck, they were trying ours...

Crisp linens, china and silverware were just a few of the things that made this a proper home. The proprieters were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the afternoon and were directed to the Latin quarter of Galway (about a mile away) for dinner and traditional music. The recomendations were just what we were looking for. They also...
