Nice rooms, quiet, friendly host, great breakfast, accommodating, clean, easy parking. Shawna and her mother were very friendly. I wouldn't recommend walking into town though, too far. We enjoyed the promenade.

Just 15 minutes’ walk from Galway Centre, this family-run guest house offers free private parking. It offers A very small TV in the rooms, an average Irish breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The bright rooms featured an en suite bathroom, as well as a hairdryer. You can relax with tea/coffee facilities and a TV in the room. Galway Station is just...

I had a pleasant stay here while traveling through Ireland in August 2016. The location was great. I loved the clean and neutral palette and the view out over the bay, though the room was quite small and the bathroom very small (a fact made funnier by the greeter's surprise that I had booked a double for myself) while also...

One of the nicest BnB I have stayed in around the world. Very clean, great beds, full Irish breakfast, and a good location in Galway. Close to both downtown and the ocean! Highly recommended. I hope we can make it back again some day!

We arrived early at the property and were able to leave our car at the front while we walked into Galway. Easy walk - about 10 minutes if you follow the main road, around 15 minutes if you walk along the coast and admire the stunning scenery. The property is right on the seafront with lovely views. Our room was...

This was our final stop at the end of a 9 day cycling trip up the west coast. We arrived too early to check in but the landlady was highly accommodating and allowed us to store our panniers in a private room while we went off to explore. Our twin room was on the top floor. It was spotlessly clean,...

I'm a tour guide so have a (bad) habit of being early. I arrived here at this location too early--despite having had to go beyond it and ask staff at a nearby hotel where I was. I was greeted at the door by the proprietor's mother, whose name I'd love to list here but I don't want to risk embarrassing...

Very lovely B&B right on the promenade in Galway/Salthill. Close to town center of Salthill. Clean and neat rooms with a satisfying breakfast. Innkeepers and staff were friendly and accommodating. Choice of full Irish or other, plus yogurt, cereal and toast. Fresh fruit was minimal. Within walking distance to O'Connor's Pub where live music is offered nightly. We saw a...

Westwinds B&B was one of my favorites of our trip...the rooms were a bit small, but with classy, updated neutral decor and crisp white sheets/towels. The shower stall was teensy, but the room had a really nice ocean-clean vibe and its size didn't bother me. Quiet for sleeping. The (included) breakfast was excellent - full Irish breakfast (also fruit and...

We had a great stay. Hosts were very welcoming. Room was fresh, bright and clean. Right by the sea. Close to Quay street, where most of the pubs and live music are, either walking or short €7 cab. Full Irish breakfast each morning. Highly recommend. We will stay again next time we visit Galway.
