Stayed here two nights while on a group tour. Everyone LOVED this hotel. Comfortable rooms, good food, tremendous location right on Galway Bay. We found the staff to be happy, positive, and helpful. Notable Items: I used the laundry services and was pleased with the outcome. The information book in the room listed prices for individual clothing items. According to...

We had our wedding here in April 2017. The day went off without a hitch from the moment our first guests arrived until we left. This was down to the hard work of all the staff led ably by our wedding manager, Paul. We received such great advice from all that we dealt with in the hotel. This led to...

First, if you haven't traveled in Europe some of this is going to be difficult to believe. Please bear with me. The last original idea to hit the builders of this hotel was indoor plumbing and electricity. And, they just left it at that. The rooms have ratty old furniture that reflects post World War II tastes. Among the highlights-...

Shane helped us out in the bar; he had such a wonderful knowledge of wine, whiskey and gin! I don't like Guinness, and he showed me a wonderful mix of Guinness and black currant liqueur review that was amazing! Great service; great guy!

Recently stayed here twice with my wife and our two year old daughter. The staff was accommodating, the rooms were very large, and the location was very cool, in a nice area by the Bay called Salt Hill, a touch away from the tourist madness. The parking is also free and plentiful. We shall return!

We stayed at Galway Bay Hotel. It has been a wonderful experience especially with a waiter named Solomon. He was very helpful, cordial, and an excellent waiter. He always had a smile and went out of his way to help. The hotel also had great service and the rooms were really nice.

We enjoyed the room, the location and the food but best of all was the service. Friendly, smart and helpful. And it got better...after leaving money & passports in the room safe and realizing the mistake on a bus halfway to Dublin...one phone call and they arranged to have all of it delivered the next day at our hotel. Wonderful

We decided to end our stay in an upscale hotel and it was wonderful. Beautiful view of the Bay-lovely place to take a walk across the street. The room was wonderful-great bed, spacious and very clean. The staff here is wonderful, especially the woman who was the maitre de in the restaurant. Wish I remembered her name. Everyone goes all...
