I found the Hotel easy to find though I was working the other side of the City, traffic was not too bad. The Hotel looked awesome and the service at the desk was friendly from the off. The instructions to find the room were clear and I had no trouble getting there. The room was clean and spacious and really...

A bit pricey for 2 nights but still not bad value given the competition. As we have an ASD child we asked for room away from the main area which is exactly what we got. The room was as needed and expected, The carpet could do with being replaced but other than that it was good. Food was lovely and...

We stayed in a self catering apartment which was clean comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not use the gym facilities or pool but had a walk around and it looked very good. We would highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value. Good position just up the hill from Galway city,...

I booked in for one night with my six year old daughter.Members of my extended family had spent the previous night here as well. When booking ,my sister had requested a family room near a lift as our mother has difficulty walking too far.the family room consisted of a camp bed being placed in a standard room, which made the room quite...

Bed was not very comfortable - lumpy and hard. Room was at end of hall and no Internet most of the time. Good in restaurant very generic and not so Irish. Caters to your groups I think. Staff very friendly. Not to close to downtown. About 10 euro ride.

Came here to attend a one-day conference. Decided to bring the whole clan along with me, to chill out and do some work. Was not disappointed. Liked the hotel. Went to a movie in the nearby Eye Cinema. Very convenient. I didn't give it the full five stars for the following reasons: The family room was a little small for...

The smaller rooms at this can feel a little claustrophobic, however the larger rooms are huge. I have stayed in the apartments on occasion and you really can't go wrong. The staff are brilliant and extremely accommodating. I even got rather oliver twist one evening and dropped a tray of drinks that I was bringing to my room. The hotel...

This was my least favorite place on our ten day tour of Ireland. We were in the A wing down at the end of the hall, away from the elevators and close to the stairs on the second floor. While the long walk didn't bother us the lack of wi-fi did. We were lucky to get one bar! Of the...

We stayed for 2 nights. Had a couple of drinks the night we arrived. The bar staff were not friendly at all and we're not at all efficient. Breakfast was of a good standard.
