A warm welcome from very helpful and professional reception staff who were extremely flexible & understanding when we needed to amend our reservation - the children’s dedicated check-in was a treat, as were the Easter eggs provided - the family room was spacious and clean (the bathroom shower head however could do with an adjustment or replacing) - Breakfasts were...

good for families - very friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. The outside of the hotel looks a bit aged but once through the door it is very surprisingly modern and fresh but yet cosy. Only thing was the shower units in the room are a bit outdated but otherwise working fine. Also rooms a bit warm as...

I spent one night in The Clybaun Hotel last Saturday night. I booked based on price and was expecting an average hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as the hotel delivered so much more! We ate in the bar area and found the food to well priced, lots of choice and also tasty. The staff in this hotel are so helpful...

Stayed fri and sat 21st/22nd april. On arrival at 4.40pm sat evening we were told the room wasn't ready yet. I told receptionist that we had a function that evening and needed to get ready. This for starters was just not good enough. At 4.40 in the evening, to not have the room ready. We were than given an "...

Went to Galway for couple of nights with the kids during Easter break. They were very welcoming from the start, chocolate Easter eggs for the kids and family movies every night. Room and facilities were excellent. Unfortunately our daughter became sick on our first evening and the staff especially Aisling were unbelievably supportive and understanding as we cut our break...

The hotel was fabulous. Great facilities, gym, sauna, steam room, pool, etc. The bar food was good value and tasty. We did not sample the Restaurant food but it did look first class. Breakfast catered for everyone, everything you wanted and anything Not there was available to order. A family friendly hotel, with lots of young kids there, but I...

Arrived at the hotel at 5.30pm for the receptionist to say I must ring and see if your room is ready. It's wasn't so she got us another. That time of the day and the room not ready! Was very disappointed with the room we did get which I think was ment to be a suite. A drab room that...

Clean modern facilities, excellent food and friendly staff. Nice leisure centre and swimming pool. Two complaints on the leisure centre were - pool was too cold for children and didn't open until 9am on Saturday morning, much too late for families with children to occupy.
