Stayed here on 17th - 19th Feb. When arrived got a king room and when we saw the room we weren't happy as we got a disabled room. we asked to change this room and the girl Fiona at desk was very helpful and changed us straight away. Breakfast was very nice and great choice. Rooms were quiet even though...

Stayed here recently for one night at the weekend. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the room was comfortable and practical but the bathroom was a little dated with a small bath and a plastic shower curtain. For the price and the location I expected something a bit more impressive. Eyre Square is an 8-12 euro taxi fare away. The...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for afew nights during our trip to Galway. As soon as we arrived we had the friendliest welcome from the receptionist. The hotel itself was so lovely and clean. The room had the biggest bed I have ever seen and it was so comfy. Just along the road there is a shopping mall with...

We had a group booking for Spa Treatments in this Maldron Hotel in Feb 2017. While the treatments we received were good (I had a back massage and makeup), the quality of service was poor and the facilities are very limited (compared with any other spa I have ever visited). There were considerable delays between taking members of the group...

Long weekend booked here to visit family in Galway. The staff at reception welcomed us and told us about their Valentines special in the restaurant. So we indulged and it was accompanied by champagne, chocolates and a red rose. Lovely touch!! The beef wellington was delicious. Each evening we dined there and were never disappointed. Staff could not have been...

My boyfriend booked a long weekend for the two of us as one of my Christmas presents, just the two of us as a break from our two year old (for the first time since I was pregnant) and chose this hotel. I'm delighted he did, we're actually still here, checking out on Monday. I feel the need to review...

Lovely hotel. It's about 10 mins from the centre, about €10 in a taxi so not bad at all. Great value for money. Beds were quit comfortable and plenty of towels. The girl at reception was very helpful. All in all it was a lovey stay.
