I stayed here for two nights found my room to be spotlessly clean and very spacious was lovely and warm hot water in bathroom at all times. Excellent location friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I was quite disappointed with the Western hotel, as it sounded much nicer from the reviews and pictures I saw before I booked it. It was overpriced (for 120 euros a night you think you'd get at least a real cup of coffee! I was kind of shocked when they served me instant coffee at breakfast), the staff were pretty...

Convenient to Eyre Square. We were able to drag our wheelies from the train station. Room was modern and comfortable. Reserve online for best rate. Connected bar had a wonderful traditional music session while we were there.

Stayed here for one night on 08/03/17, I booked a single room with a room only rate of €55 which I feel is reasonable for midweek. Check-in was quick and efficient, the gentleman behind the desk who's name I've forgotten was very to the point and didn't seem to have to much interest in chatting. I booked a single room...

The only reason I would give this hotel 2 stars is location everything else was not up to standard. Decor in room was dated desperately needs revamping! Very basic amenities in room, staff were ok not overly friendly. I ended up cutting my back was and I gushing blood, night staff said they didn't have a first aid which is...

No reason to give any lower score . Yes it's tatty outside but inside is clean, well maintained and really nice. Room was cold but had electric heating which did the job fine. Staff excellent friendly and helpful! Food absolutely spot on none of this cheap rubbish other hotels deem acceptable! Defiantly staying again!

I stayed here on a Thursday night with my cousin and my sister for my cousins birthday. We booked online as it was only €55 for a family room for the night. I wasn't expecting much from the hotel because it was such a good price. When we arrived we parked in the pack and under the hotel. The car...

Well situated hotel with nice rooms. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was totally fine, except for coffee, that is rarely good in UK or Ireland in general. The pub downstairs is OK and the staff was friendly. Practically everything interesting in Galway is within walking distance.

I arrived very late at night and so there was no one at the reception immediately. After looking around and asking in the hotel bar, a young man checked me in. They were all very nice, the typical Irish charme and the hotel had a very nice atmosphere, familiar and elegant Old-English scenery. The room was absolutely dreamy. Except for...
