We were very late arriving at Killarney Villa, after 10 pm. Rosaleen's tone of voice never changed from being very kind and most accommodating, not during our calls to update her of our arrival time, not when we arrived, and not in the morning when she prepared breakfast and made sure we had all we needed to be on our...

We stay there on the 13th of August. It's a nice B&B. Nice breakfast, nice room, nice place. Rosaleen gave us explanation about the ring of kerry and "what to see". It's a place to stay. We are not used to stay in a B&B but it's a great experience and we do the same on the next trip to...

We stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast for the Ring of Kerry cycling weekend, Rosaleen & PJ couldn't have been nicer sending us out way around the ring with a hearty breakfast. The facilities were terrific with mini kitchen and relaxation available to the guests. We would highly recommend this and hope to back again next year

Nice B&B in a great location. PJ O' Sullivan (love the name). Checked us in and got us settled. He even put a kettle of water on so we could have some tea before bed. Gave us privacy to rest and provided a delicious breakfast the next morning. Rosaleen is such a sweet and gracious host as well. Nice place,...

Rosaleen is an amazing hostess and PJ is sweet and friendly. The gardens are glorious thanks to PJ's artistry...

Upon arrival at this B & B, PJ made us feel very welcome and glad to have us there. The accommodations were very clean and well cared for. PJ and his wife were very helpful with suggestions as to what to visit in the area. They were interested in us as people coming to stay in their home. The breakfast...

We happened upon the Killarney Villa because the hotel up-the-road was package by a tour. The Villa was warm and inviting and the hostess and host were pleasant. The accommodation were great. We had a huge room with two showers and plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious and cooked specifically for each guest. If you are through Killarney and...
