Well promoted but a little disappointing. Obviously once a place where top golfers stayed but now in need of bringing up to date. Amongst other things the TV in our room was very small and with only a very limited number of channels. Still it was cheapish, the room was clean and breakfast reasonable.

We booked this venue as we were attending a wedding near by. We arrived very late and the staff were very accommodating to us. The rooms were clean and warm. The wifi was great. I would highly recommend this B&B again.

Our family room contained 1 twin, 1 full, and 1 queen bed, all of which were comfortable. The wardrobe was small but adequate. The shower over tub and sink were quite small. The water pressure and flow were low. The bathroom was situated in such a way that everyone could see/hear it if e.g. a kid turns on its light... More

Comfortable and cosy guesthouse that made you feel very welcome. Freda and John we terrific hosts and Freda's full Irish and other breakfast options a highlight. We were in the hotel for 6 nights and used it as a base to visit some great golf courses around Kerry, it was ideal. A quite, warm and very friendly place to come... More

John and Freda are fantastic. Price, hospitality, food, rooms, everything was amazing and fun. Best B and B we have stayed in our Ireland tour. Great pub near by and great walking path into town. Lots of great tours from there .

The guesthouse is well placed just outside of town and across from Killarney golf. It is clean and bright with friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was made to order with no waiting around. Would stay again.

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET, even for Killarney. Located on a very noisy road, the rooms are far from silent. You can even hear the neighbors snore and on checking the person told me it was the quietest room they have! I couldn't flush the toilet twice in a row (you had to wait at least 15 minutes). When... This was a huge disappointment. The B&B needs to be brought into the 21st century. The decor is tired, old-fashioned (not in a quaint way) and money needs to be thrown at the upkeep of the outside. Paintwork is peeling on all the outside woodwork. The room for a family of four was disgracefully small. The double bed sank in... More

Check in was easy and friendly. Hotel was a bit rustic and could be cleaner. The room had a musky odor upon entering which we got used to quickly. Room #7 Beds were clean, stall shower a little small and shower curtain enclosure- not my favorite. Room had 2 double beds, tv, coffee/tea setup, pretty tight for 4 people. Would... More
