Second time staying here. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It's very convenient for getting to town, either walk or taxi. Excellent value for money, booked room only but could have had breakfast if we wanted for €7 each. Will return.

We stayed here for a rally recently and found it to be very good. It was nearly half the price of the place we normally stay at down the road. It was clean, tidy, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. Yes I would stay there again.

I will give the pluses first - staff very good and attentive, the breakfast could not fault it there was 4 in our party all wanting different but everyone very happy. Location very good lots of hotels in the road and quality of meals and prices excellent. On the minus I ask for a non smoking room but our room...

I booked 2 double rooms through Hostel World but there must be something a bit faulty about the interface between the Hostel World website and Rivermere as the guesthouse only had a booking for 1 double bedroom but with 4 guests. The desk staff weren't overly helpful but they did put us into a twin and a double. I guess...

I stayed in the Rivermere Friday 17th July for just one night, the single room cost me eur45.00 (very good value for a single) price included full irish breakfast. I felt totally safe there, the room was spotless and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was at 7am but as I had to leave the guest house before this time the...

This has to be the worst hotel I can ever remember staying in. We were given a room with 3 beds a derelict patio, stained carpet, grey white towels a hole in the plaster and scuff marks all up the walls. The only thing ok about this hotel was its breakfast which not suprisingly was quantity, not quality

This was originally booked to be at the Glena House, but we were directed by signs to go to Rivermere, one of 3 properties ran by this company. This was just a couple hundred feet away and easy to get to. Plenty of free parking was available. The gal at the front desk seemed new and english was a little...

It was OK. The biggest plus: the beds were huge, very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was satisfying, although the coffee was instant and not at all good. Reception seemed friendly. The negatives: We were in the back of the house and couldn't get internet. The bathroom was a little bit disgusting, mostly because you couldn't take a shower without getting...

The guest house is the perfect distance from the town center, its close enough to walk to and from and it is just far enough away from the loud night life. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious with a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The one negative thing i will...
