Excellent people, excellent pub, great accommodation when looking for the basic room and ensuite type stay. Breakfast included and the evening meals at the pub were good value and good range on the menu.

Great hotel bang in the middle of Killarney with loads of pubs and restaurants nearby but very quiet rooms if you need to rest. We stayed in a heatwave and they very kindly provided both of our rooms with a fan (ok air conditioning would have been amazing but I don't expect it of Ireland - heatwaves are like hens...

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of room we had at Murphy's. King sized beds with plenty of elbow room in the room. Also a positive was the included full irish breakfast. We spent two nights there, closing down the bar downstairs one of those nights. Recommended for anyone looking for a true pub experience.
